Challenge List & Points Guide
This downloadable guide outlines all available BOLDD challenges, their point values, the proof required, and practical tips to help you complete them well. The challenges are designed to support movement, healthy habits, community, and Christ-centred reflection.
Points are earned through participation and consistency, not perfection. Each challenge can be completed once per day, and challenges can be repeated across different days to earn points again. You don’t need to complete every challenge - choose what fits your capacity and season.

Proof for challenges can be shared by posting photos or screenshots in the private BOLDD Challenge Facebook group or by emailing them to bolddministry@gmail.com. You’re welcome to submit proof individually or all together in one email.

Use this guide as a reference throughout the programme to track your progress, stay encouraged, and build sustainable rhythms alongside the group.
